I am a counselor-in-training who is passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where clients can freely explore and unravel their emotions at their own pace. I believe that healing begins when individuals feel truly seen, heard, and accepted.
My approach emphasizes collaboration, self-compassion, and personal growth while supporting clients in promoting overall wellness and balance in their lives. This includes identifying and understanding their own wants and needs, particularly in the context of relationships, life transitions, and personal stressors. From there, I support clients in developing and maintaining healthy boundaries that align with their values, foster self-respect, and strengthen emotional well-being.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Services with a minor in Psychology and am currently obtaining my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My background has strengthened my commitment to empowering individuals as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward meaningful, lasting change.
